Account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your Swapr account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

In the app (instant)

1. Open Swapr and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@swaprlab.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We’ll verify and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (email, display name, photo, location, preferences, phone if verified)
• Your listings and their images
• Your swipes, matches, chat messages, ratings, reports, and blocks
• Your registered device push tokens

This action cannot be undone. Some records may persist briefly in routine backups before they age out, and we may retain minimal information where required by law.
